Job summary

360Learning is seeking an Analytics Engineer to bridge the data platform with business teams, building trusted datasets, KPIs, and self-serve analytics capabilities. You will work with our Senior Data Analyst and Data Engineers to improve data models, documentation, and warehouse efficiency.

You’ll leverage Snowflake, Looker/Metabase, and dbt to empower teams across Product, Ops, Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering to become more autonomous and data-driven.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and ability to write complex queries
• Hands-on experience with BI/analytics tools (Looker/Metabase/Omni)
• Experience with modern data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
• Basic Git/version control knowledge
• dbt experience is a strong advantage
• Interest in AI and analytics tools for business impact
• Solid understanding of data modeling and warehousing principles
• Ability to break down ambiguous questions into actionable steps
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent English (US/UK) and French fluent

Responsibilities

• Discover 360Learning, its platform, teams, and culture
• Familiarize with data stack (Snowflake, Looker, dbt) and ways of working
• Understand data models and self-service analytics strategy
• Build reliable, well-documented datasets and KPIs for teams
• Enable teams to access data via Snowflake MCP for self-service analytics
• Collaborate with Senior Data Analyst to improve documentation and data models
• Partner with Data Engineering to improve warehouse performance and cost efficiency
• Guide teams toward the right datasets and sources of truth
• Become go-to partner for monitoring metrics and data-driven decisions
