Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of laboratory experience.
• Minimum 3 years of leading an engaged and productive team.
• Experience managing complex projects to completion.
• Experience setting and monitoring team performance metrics.
• Ability to respond to customer requests and communicate with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to drive associate engagement and foster an inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by providing clarity on business direction and support associate development.
• Manage team resourcing, capacity and capabilities to deliver analytical support.
• Support audit activities and ensure laboratory compliance.
• Plan and execute projects with disciplined communication to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain lab metrics and participate in trend reviews.
• Drive multi-year forecasts and hiring plans to forecast investments.
• Collaborate with functional experts to provide practical scientific support to customers.
• Partner with Procurement to engage external partners when capacity is exceeded.
• Develop technical Associates and lead performance reviews.
