Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of hands-on experience leading production teams.
• Experience using daily management systems to align work with business objectives.
• Experience collecting and analyzing data to drive improvements.
• Experience navigating a quality system and enforcing manufacturing procedures in a regulated environment.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and conflict resolution skills with an inclusive approach.
• Proven proficiency with lean tools and Gore Business System (GBS).
• Clear communication of goals and feedback across all levels.
• Proactive in driving changes using influence.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all production area activities including daily management, safety, quality, and delivery objectives.
• Develop and manage individuals and teams (P&D) including time approval, performance, and compensation.
• Monitor KPIs related to productivity, yield, and quality.
• Optimize staffing and equipment to meet productivity and cost goals.
• Apply lean tools and GBS to improve daily management and standard work.
• Ensure EH&S requirements are met and incident investigations proper.
• Collaborate with engineering, planning, QA, EH&S, HR to hit goals safely.
• Communicate shift status and key issues to leadership and teams.
• Maintain training requirements and quality system compliance.
• Model equitable and inclusive behaviors among Associates.
