Job summary

Solovis is seeking a Manager, Analyst Services to lead a high-performing team responsible for data operations and client deliverables. The role focuses on automation, data extraction, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accuracy, timely processing, and scalable asset management support.

You will own SLAs, drive process improvements, recruit and train staff, and partner with Data Ops, Client Delivery, and Professional Services to onboard new funds.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and managing SLAs.
• Strong data integration and automation skills.
• Proficient in data extraction and mapping.
• Familiarity with asset management data is a plus.
• Experience with AI/automation in workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to meet SLA targets and throughput.
• Develop and maintain automation pipelines.
• Manage data retrieval, integrations, and API connections.
• Oversee extraction, enrichment, QA/QC across asset classes.
• Track KPIs and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Onboard new funds/clients with Professional Services.
• Reduce errors and rework.
