Job summary

LP Analyst is seeking an Investor Services Lead to join our Private Equity Data Operations team in Dallas. You will serve as the subject matter expert for client deliverables, ensure SLA compliance, and maintain operational consistency across the group.

You will train analysts, engage with clients, support AI-driven process improvements, and help evolve workflows as automation expands its role, while preserving accuracy and a high-quality client experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in investment operations, fund accounting, or private markets data operations.
• Strong understanding of private equity and venture capital fund structures and LP reporting.
• Ability to train analysts and explain complex processes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for investor services, incl. capital calls and distributions.
• Own SLA oversight for investor services deliverables.
• First escalation point for analysts on processing or data validation questions.
• Train new analysts on workflows, data standards, and client expectations; maintain training materials.
• Engage with clients to address questions and provide status updates.
• Partner with Client Service team to ensure data ready for reporting cycles.
• Maintain process integrity as automation evolves; identify gaps and quality issues.
• Support AI-driven workflow improvements and adapt team responsibilities.
• Identify data issues patterns and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with management on capacity planning and quality reviews.
