Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of directly applicable experience (reconciliation, accounting, or finance).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Strong communicator with confidence engaging a broad range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for client inquiries across investment accounting, reporting, reconciliation, platform usage, and workflows.
• Manage day-to-day servicing across multiple client entities with execution and clear communication.
• Investigate and resolve issues using Clearwater tooling.
• Perform account setup, month-end lockdowns, reconciliations, and data validation.
• Navigate multi-custodian, multi-portfolio, multi-currency environments with a focus on data quality.
