Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 10+ years Operations and Automotive experience preferred.
• 1-2 years Computers/Information Technology - Database Analyst preferred; data mining/SQL/Python/machine Learning experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate corporate PDC operations: reporting, communications, data collection, KPI tracking, and HQ-PDC coordination.
• Manage monthly results for all PDC trackers; oversee KPI’s, action plans, training and maintenance programs.
• Lead in creating reports and analyses for HQ; coordinate PDC events and vendor processes; drive SOP improvements.

Description

Lead and Manage all field administration functions of the assigned Business Unit in order to provide satisfying customer services. Work closely within PDC’s departments as well as with other departments to lead necessary operation and administrative needs with a positive manner. Initiate PDC training and lead teams utilizing lean concepts,5s and being a change agent in order to drive Improvements to MOBIS Culture.

Key Accountabilities

• Corporate PDC operations coordination: Reporting, communications, data collection for Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, , SOP, resource co-ordination, and coordination of key initiatives between HQ departments and PDC.
• Documents and records: Manage Monthly results for all PDC trackers for all locations; Manage KPI’s, action plans, results and reward programs; Manage monthly requirements such as training, safety and maintenance programs
• Admin management : Manage leadership and coordinators requests & questions; lead in creating reports and analysis for HQ; Lead in coordinating PDC events & making arrangements
• HQ PDC Operations supply purchasing and management: Manage PDC Supply inventory and purchasing costs and vendor selection for cost effectiveness; Manage new vendor processes; Manage leadership/coordinators requests; lead in creating national accounts
• Lead and manage PDC teams in order to address inefficiencies within the PDC operations, training PDC teams to understand SOP and standards.
• Creating and testing system enhancements (BRD),reviewing current and creating new SOP for PDC operations, and support with new PDC process roll outs.
• initiating projects among all PDC Ops analysts, manage the completion of projects
• Lead cross training within the PDC OPS department and at the PDC
• Lead and monitor projects within the PDC Ops Operation analysts tasks

Work schedule/travel

Work schedule/hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Travel: Moderate overnight travel (up to 30%) by land and/or air.
