You will translate business needs into scalable HRIS solutions, strengthen data integrity and compliance, support system enhancements and releases.

What your day-to-day will look like
  • Lead day-to-day HRIS operations and support across Workday HCM, Talent Acquisition, Time and Absence, Payroll, Reporting, and related HR technology.
  • Configure, test, and maintain Workday business processes, security, notifications, condition rules, calculated fields, reports, dashboards, templates, and system tables.
  • Lead HRIS projects and workstreams, including requirements gathering, impact analysis, project planning, testing, deployment readiness, stakeholder communication, and post-launch support.

  • Serve as an escalation point for complex HRIS issues, troubleshooting defects, coordinating with vendors or support partners, and driving root-cause resolution.
  • Maintain SOPs, job aids, testing scripts, release notes, checklists, process documentation, and knowledge articles for HRIS users and team members.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual work, simplify processes, reduce rework, improve governance, and strengthen stakeholder experience.
