Adtechtalent seeks a Lead Analyst with 4–6 years in advanced analytics, data science, or ML to lead high-impact projects. You will perform ROI modeling, attribution, and customer segmentation while building predictive models in Python/SQL and creating dashboards for stakeholders.

You will mentor junior analysts, ensure data quality, and comply with financial services regulations, while collaborating in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in advanced analytics, data science or machine learning.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau and familiarity with financial services data.
• Experience building dashboards and mentoring junior analysts.
