Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Lead Analyst based at our Mooresville, NC headquarters to track, analyze, and lead final KPI performance for a digital commerce workstream.

You will identify trends, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive strategic insights to improve business outcomes. The role requires 6–7 years in online/retail merchandising or business operations, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Computer Science, Marketing, or Business Operations (or equivalent experience).
  • 6-7 years experience in online/retail merchandising or business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Tracks and shares performance of the digital commerce workstream on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis, identifying opportunities and risks based on performance indicators.
  • Partners with business leaders to define OKR targets, tracks progress and actions toward those goals.
  • Creates insight-based action plans to solve identified opportunities or test new ideas to improve the digital commerce area of focus.
  • Provides insights, competitive intelligence, and data-driven recommendations for the assigned area to define business value and drive action for improvement.
  • Leads projects related to development and improvement of the assigned digital business area.
  • Prioritizes reporting needs, defines reporting requirements, and partners with relevant teams to build necessary reports.
  • Presents project/campaign strategies and insights to guide future strategies, tactics, or activities.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Computer Science, Marketing, or Business Operations or equivalent experience

Your Impact

The Lead Analyst will track, analyze, report, and lead final key performance metrics to ensure activities within their assigned area are meeting strategic and financial objectives for a specified digital commerce workstream. This will include identifying key trends in the data to explain the business performance and trajectory. This candidate will take on ad hoc strategic projects and analyses, as required by leadership, to create new functionality or provide functionality for specified workstream. Key partners for this role will include other digital commerce teams, cross‑functional teams, and/or vendors/3rd party as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Operations or relevant field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 6-7 years experience in online/retail merchandising or business operations

Pay Range: $86,000.00 - $143,600.00 annually. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
