Job summary
The Boeing Company in El Segundo, CA seeks Lead/Senior/Principal Analog/Power Electronics Bus Unit Hardware Engineer (Level 4/5/6) to join the Space Digital Products & Electronics team. You will drive power conditioning, control systems, and power supply components within the bus units for space satellites.
Responsibilities include design, modeling, testing, and technical support across development and production. Onsite role with high-level security requirements and relocation options.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Analog/Power electronics and hardware for Level 4.
- 10+ years for Level 5; 15+ years for Level 6.
- Ability to obtain U.S. Top Secret/SCI clearance and program access (U.S. citizenship).
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Analog/Power Electronics Bus Unit hardware for aerospace applications.
- Define requirements, interfaces, modeling, analysis, and verification.
- Provide technical support for production and test of electronic products.
- Support electronics design projects and maintain detailed specifications.
- Develop detailed designs of limited scope and conduct testing and analysis.
- Capture data for performance measures and perform basic analysis.
- Provide lifecycle engineering support and conduct trade studies.
