Job summary

Lanteris Space Systems in San Jose, CA is seeking a Bus Electronics Hardware Engineer. You will own hardware from design through production, and support spacecraft power, battery electronics, avionics, and propulsion related systems.

You will troubleshoot, test, and verify hardware while collaborating with thermal, mechanical, reliability and manufacturing teams to meet project objectives. This is an on‑site role in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, physics, mathematics or computer science.
• 2 years of experience minimum in design, test or related fields.
• Exposure to analog, digital and/or power electronics, and ability to read schematics and assembly drawings.

Responsibilities

• Own hardware from design through production and satellite integration.
• Support design, analysis and test of electronic hardware for spacecraft applications.
• Troubleshoot and document root causes; write test plans and reports; perform HALT testing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and support reviews with customers.
