Job summary

The Boeing Space Electronics Test Systems group in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer (Associate/Experienced/Lead) to design, analyze, and validate space-grade mechanical hardware for STE platforms and test fixtures. Responsibilities

• Define mechanical architecture for STE platforms and integration hardware.
• Lead hands-on development from concept through build and test.
• Create 3D CAD models and 2D drawings for fabrication and assembly.
• Perform structural, thermal, and tolerance analyses to meet specs.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers on PCB constraints and routing.
• Support automated test systems and lab debugging activities.
