Job summary

Staffworx, a deep tech startup in Boston, MA, is hiring Principal and Senior IC designers to own and lead block-level analog/mixed-signal design for next-gen chips. The role involves hands-on layout, verification, and close collaboration with systems, physics and algorithms teams to bring probabilistic computing concepts into silicon.

With base salaries up to $325K plus equity, this ground-floor opportunity offers hybrid work with three days in the Boston office and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Strong analog IC design background with mixed-signal experience.
• Multiple tape-outs with transistor-to-system circuit analysis.
• Low-power design experience and PVT corner analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead or own analog/mixed-signal block design (ADCs, DACs, PLLs, VCOs, LDOs, bandgaps, op-amps, comparators, high-speed SerDes).
• Own hands-on layout and verification (DRC/ERC/LVS).
• Support silicon bring-up and lab characterisation.
• Collaborate with systems, physics and algorithms teams to bring probabilistic computing concepts into silicon.
