Job summary

Providence Medical Group Northwest is seeking a Manager of Behavioral Health to lead ambulatory behavioral health programs within Primary Care Integration, Care Management Social Work, and Behavioral Health Urgent Care. You will guide a team of clinicians, shape workflows, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in an outpatient setting.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, team engagement, and system-building to support high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field, or equivalent educ/experience.
• Washington Mental Health Counselor License, or Washington Marriage and Family Therapist License, or Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience in the area; 3 years of supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ambulatory behavioral health programs across Primary Care Integration, Care Management Social Work, and Behavioral Health Urgent Care.
• Oversee onboarding and staffing, productivity monitoring, and coverage planning.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day outpatient operations and empower clinicians to focus on patient care.
