Job summary

Qualifications

5 years clinical experience in area of clinical specialty.
3 years clinical supervisory, management or resource experience in the assigned technical or professional area or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Champion ambulatory behavioral health programs across primary care integration, care management social work, and behavioral health urgent care.
Lead and develop a dedicated team of clinicians, shaping workflows and day-to-day outpatient operations.
Oversee onboarding, staffing support, and productivity monitoring to ensure optimal coverage.
Plan coverage and staffing to empower clinicians to focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
Drive strategic initiatives to create efficient systems and measurable improvements in care delivery.
