Job summary

Lincotek is seeking an Additive Manufacturing Engineer to lead production improvements, drive cost, quality and delivery targets, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across coating and assembly processes.

You will act as the technical reference for customers and internal teams, develop process flows, verify results with MTM concepts, and collaborate with the Quality and Technical Leaders to release new products and optimize manufacturing costs while meeting schedule commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience with MTM and process analysis.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methods.
• Ability to read customer specifications and qualify processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead technical reference for customer and internal organization in materials, coatings, and assembly application.
• Read, analyze, and discuss customer specifications; manage qualification kick-off meetings and execute decisions on time and within budget.
• Develop processes based on customer requirements, focusing on creating files and build programs and verify results with the Technical Leader.
• Qualify new products/processes from kick-off to full release and continuously improve existing ones.
• Support production cost quotation and related feasibility studies; lead projects to decrease manufacturing costs.
• Coordinate, attend and lead team meetings; adhere to Quality and Safety Management System.
