Job summary

The Terminal Operations Coordinator at METRO NASHVILLE AIRPORT AUTHORITY oversees safety, security and efficiency of curbside, terminal, airside shuttles and ramp activities at Nashville International Airport. You will monitor operations, document events, and report to the Airport Duty Manager while coordinating with travelers, tenants and partners.

Responsibilities include scheduling for air carriers, coordinating construction during peak periods, enforcing operating rules, and developing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Airport Management, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in airport operations at an air carrier airport.
Valid Driver's License - Class D.

Responsibilities

Oversee safety, security and efficiency of curbside, terminal, airside shuttle operation and ramp.
Monitor activities within area of responsibility and report to Airport Duty Manager.
Coordinate with customers, travelers, tenants and partners to keep terminal complex operational.
Schedule needs of air carriers and coordinate construction activities; enforce operating rules and lease agreements.
Develop aircraft parking plans related to de-icing operations and overnight ramp parking.
Ensure continuous services during abnormal conditions such as emergencies, diversions, and severe weather.
