Job summary

NiACC-Avitech, a HEICO Aerospace subsidiary, is seeking a Wire Harness Technician in Clovis, CA. You will read aircraft manuals, interpret specifications and document work clearly and concisely as you build harness assemblies.

You will fabricate wires on a Harness Board, route and terminate conductors to exact dimensions, assemble components from drawings, and perform inspections. The role requires good English communication, teamwork, and flexibility to work long hours, including weekends, as

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Must read and interpret aircraft manuals and specifications.
Clear written and verbal English communication required.
Flexible to work long hours including weekends as needed.
Strong attendance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Build wire harness assemblies using standard hand tools and techniques.
Fabricate wires on a Harness Board per specifications.
Prepare wires by routing, dressing and terminating conductors to specified dimensions.
Assemble components from samples, drawings and wiring lists with proper tooling.
Complete other duties as required.
Perform preliminary inspection of wiring harnesses.
Teardown, clean, and inspect wiring harnesses in depth.
