Job summary

Pilatus Aircraft USA Ltd. in Broomfield, CO is hiring an Aircraft Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:30pm-12:30am).

You will lead a team in fabricating and installing aircraft structural modifications, inspect work for compliance, and ensure safety and quality per FAA standards. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 5+ years of structural fabrication experience on PC-12/PC-24 or similar aircraft, and an FAA Airframe License (A&P preferred).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of experience with structural fabrication and integration on PC-12 and PC-24 or similar aircraft.
• FAA Airframe License required; A&P preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and Tech Data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); export controls compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of structural technicians to meet project timelines and budget.
• Install, modify, and fabricate aircraft structural assemblies per drawings and specs.
• Train and orient new team members.
• Inspect incoming parts and aircraft components.
• Ensure work adheres to FAA safety and quality standards.
• Maintain records and complete work orders promptly.
• Verify data is current and applicable.
• Perform supervisory duties including timecard approvals and performance reviews.
• Ensure work meets customer specifications and report deviations.
