Job summary

ACET, Incorporated (Adams Communication & Engineering Technology) seeks an Aircraft Mechanic II - Structures at Mountain Home AFB, ID to perform moderate-to-complex structural maintenance, repairs, and modifications to ensure mission fleet readiness.

As a Tier II Mechanic, you will troubleshoot airframe and powerplant systems with a focus on sheet metal and aircraft structures, prioritize workloads, provide data for engineering changes, and lead maintenance teams as needed.

Qualifications

• DoD/aircraft maintenance experience preferred.
• DoD Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain) preferred.
• Experience with sheet metal repair and airframe systems.
• Ability to read engineering blueprints and technical publications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and modify complex aircraft structures and sheet metal components.
• Diagnose malfunctions and restore airframe and powerplant systems.
• Contribute data for MEC/ECOD and assistMWO updates.
• Lead maintenance teams and inspect work of junior technicians.
