Responsibilities

• Assigns work and monitors production quality to maintain schedule
• Troubleshoots station issues and secures necessary assistance
• Reviews production schedule and allocates work for Aircraft movement
• Maintains station performance records and reports KPI data
• Promotes LEAN thinking and KAIZEN initiatives
