Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking a Quality Inspector Structures for the A220 team in Mobile, AL. You will execute inspections throughout production, focusing on cabin and structures components, and document results in SAP and related systems.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma (A&P license preferred) and at least 3 years in aviation quality inspection, with strong knowledge of inspection plans and tools. On-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; FAA A&P license with inspection authorization preferred.
• Minimum 3 years as a Quality Inspector in aviation, cabin/structures focus preferred.
• Experience with SAP-based documentation and quality discrepancy processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute and confirm quality inspections during aircraft production with emphasis on cabin/structures.
• Prepare and perform visual, incoming, first article and final inspections to meet design and certification specs.
• Document inspections in SAP and related systems; support troubleshooting and nonconformance investigations.
