Job summary

Ascent Aviation Services is seeking a Reclamation Supervisor to lead a high-performing team in aircraft teardown and reclamation operations at Marana, AZ. This role focuses on coaching, safety, and ensuring precise documentation while meeting production goals.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of aviation leadership experience, a strong understanding of FAA regulations, and an A&P or Repairman certificate preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years leadership or supervisory experience in aviation
• 2 years aviation management or related experience, or equivalent training
• High school diploma or equivalent
• FAA A&P license or Repairman certificate preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate aircraft dismantling operations.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, technical data, and company policies.
• Review schedules and estimate labor hours; adjust workflow to meet production goals.
• Provide timely labor estimates for maintenance tasks within assigned scope.
• Maintain accurate time, labor, and production records.
• Ensure all required paperwork is complete, compliant, and properly signed.
