Job summary

You will coordinate with other departments, train staff, and ensure quality and safety standards are met under FAA guidelines. The role requires extensive painting experience and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• This position requires 8+ years’ experience painting aircraft, autobody, RV or marine.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is ideal; passport is a plus.
• Ability to lead small work groups and manage daily tasks.
• Perform work per FAA guidelines and company safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead production crew to meet scheduling demands and coordinate with other departments.
• Train team members to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Assist in final inspection of painted aircraft and maintain shop cleanliness.
• Communicate clearly in English and supervise project flow.
• Follow all company and safety rules during performance of duties.
