Bell Piney Flats Aircraft Paint Team is seeking an entry-level Aircraft Painter for the 2nd shift in Piney Flats, TN. You will refinish helicopters and parts with supervision, gaining hands-on experience and developing technical skills.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and attention to detail, with training provided. On-site facilities, competitive time off, and opportunities for growth are offered in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in auto body refinishing, aircraft painting, or related area preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sand, mask, and buff aircraft and/or aircraft parts for paint with supervision.
• Mix, apply, and smooth cosmetic fillers with supervision.
• May assist with painting parts with supervision.
• Demonstrate consistent ability to perform tasks with limited errors or rework.
• Properly use PPE as required, to include respirator and PPE for hazardous materials.
