Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience painting aircraft or related surfaces.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license ideal for airline travel.
• Willingness to lead teams and work 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production of the paint crew and ensure schedules are met.
• Coordinate scheduling with other departments.
• Train team members to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Schedule with parts department to ensure materials are available.
• Assist in final inspection of aircraft and maintain shop cleanliness.
• Delegate tasks while maintaining overall supervision.
