Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required with an Airframe and Powerplant license.
• Airframe and Powerplant license is required for this role.
• 10 years of aircraft maintenance experience preferred; 4+ years on program-specific aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of aviation maintenance technicians, ensuring safe, quality work and effective collaboration.
• Oversee daily technician work schedules and project flow to meet aircraft delivery timelines.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety policies across the team.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to uphold quality assurance guidelines.
• Coordinate training programs to build team skills and proficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and output.
• Manage resources including tools, equipment, and hangar spaces for the program.
• Maintain accurate work orders, FAA paperwork, and billing-related documentation.
• Communicate clearly in English with customers and team members.
