As a Lead, your main focus will be leading a team of technicians to produce timely, high-quality, and accurate results. The most successful individuals will be highly analytical, inquisitive, and possess a critical mind. This role requires imagination, strong problem-solving skills, and a strong technical orientation. Getting the job done right is as important as getting the job done on time. Your primary functions will include effectively utilizing manpower and directing project flow.
High school diploma or equivalent and an Airframe and Powerplant License are required. A valid driver’s license approved for airline travel and/or a valid passport are ideal but not mandatory. Aircraft-specific factory training is preferred.
At least 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience, including supervision of four or more team members. Advanced knowledge of FAA paperwork, work orders, and use of Corridor systems.
Self-motivated team player capable of performing in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and time constraints.
