Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent and A&P license required.
• Airframe and Powerplant license required; factory training preferred.
• 8+ years in aviation maintenance with 4+ years on program-specific airframes.
• Must lead teams, mentor technicians and communicate clearly in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of technicians to deliver high-quality, timely maintenance.
• Supervise daily operations and project flow across multiple tasks.
• Train and mentor technicians; ensure FAA compliance and safety.
• Perform general mechanical work on aircraft and related systems.
• Troubleshoot, inspect, and evaluate aircraft systems as assigned.
• Coordinate work orders and maintain customer-focused communication.
