Job summary

Dassault Falcon Jet in Melbourne, FL is seeking a full-time Aircraft Maintenance Crew Lead to oversee the efficient execution of maintenance work, ensure compliance with airworthiness standards, and coordinate with supervisors, QC, and customers.

You will assign tasks, mentor technicians, ensure proper use of maintenance manuals, manage tool control, and drive safety, quality, and on-time completion across the work scope.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A&P license is required or equivalent.
• Tech Level 2 or higher must be achieved for consideration.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Effectively collaborates with Maintenance Supervisor and QA Inspector to execute the aircraft work scope.
• Attends customer debriefs as directed.
• Assigns technicians and QC inspectors for tasks and inspections.
• Ensures use of applicable technical data and manufacturer maintenance manuals.
• Ensures personnel are qualified and identifies training needs.
• Maintains aircraft maintenance paperwork per RSQCM guidelines.
• Drives on-time, on-budget completion of work scope.
• Extended travel to offsite locations may be required.
