MROH is seeking a Lead Mechanic to supervise maintenance teams on Boeing transport category aircraft. The role requires directing and approving work, coordinating with Planners to issue job cards, and maintaining shift turnover documents.

FAA regulations and Repair Station/QC manuals govern daily activities. The ideal candidate has a Boeing maintenance background, a Repairman's Certificate or A&P license, and prior lead or supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years maintenance experience on Boeing transport category aircraft.
• Prefer at least 2 years experience as a lead maintenance mechanic or similar supervisory role on a Boeing transport category aircraft.
• Must have Repairman's Certificate or A&P License.

Responsabilités

• Assign, direct and approve the work of mechanics under supervision.
• Assess, prioritize and issue routine and non-routine job cards in coordination with Planners.
• Complete and update daily Lead assignment sheets.
• Ensure maintenance entries on forms and work orders are completed by supervised staff.
• Maintain a work turnover report (NSA-MF-22).
• Represent supervised work by signing records as required by FAA regulations.
• Identify problems and initiate timely resolution; follow through to completion.
• Ensure adherence to all RII procedures by supervised staff.
• Perform all responsibilities of a Mechanic and Jr. Mechanic.
• Read and apply Repair Station & Quality Control Manuals relevant to duties.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
