Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with Airframe and Powerplant License or Repairman Certificate.
• Must be proficient in quality control and FAA regulations.
• Strong communication and ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review technician assignments and ensure adherence to authorizations.
• Perform frontline spot checks of maintenance activity per guidelines.
• Verify MEL procedures and aircraft release documentation.
• Coordinate real-time with maintenance teams to meet safety and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers and supervisors in English.
