Lockheed Martin Aeronautics invites applications for an Aircraft Maintenance Field Team Manager supporting the U-2 Aircraft Maintenance Teams at Beale Air Force Base, California. You will supervise maintenance production, set priorities, and provide technical guidance across multiple shifts and locations.

This role requires leadership across an integrated workforce, travel to various CONUS/OCONUS locations, and the ability to coordinate with DoD and partner teams while ensuring safety and

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of Leadership experience in an aircraft maintenance environment or 4 years working U-2 or fighter aircraft experience with thorough understanding of aircraft systems and flight line operations.
• Experience with programs such as Aircraft Scheduling/Records Management, Job/Maintenance Control, Configuration Control, Maintenance Information Systems, Tool and FOD.
• Experience reading blueprints and engineering drawings, understanding symbols and general notes.
• Must be able to manage multiple teams and lead in a dynamic, integrated workforce.

Responsibilities

• Supervise aircraft maintenance production from a schedule and cost perspective and provide technical assistance.
• Set maintenance priorities and coordinate with subcontractors and military personnel.
• Coordinate recruitment, selection, and training of subordinate staff and manage performance and safety.
• Oversee post-installation and implementation responsibilities including technical consulting and problem solving.
• Deploy to modify or repair aircraft across CONUS/OCONUS locations as needed.
