Candidates should have 10+ years in aircraft interiors with supervisory experience, plus 4+ years in heavy modifications on corporate aircraft, FAA paperwork expertise, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; supervisor training preferred.
• 10+ years aircraft interior experience; supervision of 4+ team members preferred.
• Advanced FAA paperwork knowledge and Corridor systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage crews and schedule daily activities.
• Perform quality checks and train crew leads.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and evaluate performance.
• Communicate effectively in English.
• Direct work on multiple projects.
