Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 8+ years of interior experience on aircraft, autos, RVs or marine.
• Supervisory training or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians to complete interior installation, modification, repair, refurbishment and fabrication tasks.
• Independently manage installations by coordinating with Interior Team Leader and staff.
• Perform quality checks and assign daily activities.
• Train, coach and mentor team members to improve job knowledge and performance.
• Prepare and deliver annual performance evaluations for team members.
• Assist with engineering designs for major modification projects.
• Remove, repair, and modify interior components with minimal supervision.
• Communicate clearly in English (speaking, writing, reading).
• Adhere to FAA guidelines and company safety rules.
