Job summary

West Star Aviation seeks a Lead Aircraft Interior Technician in Perryville, MO to lead a team of technicians through installation, modification, repair, refurbishment, and fabrication of interior components. The role requires 8+ years of interior experience, a high school diploma, and supervisory training preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Supervisory training courses preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in aircraft interior work.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians to complete interior installation, modification, repair, refurbishment, and fabrication with high quality and timely delivery.
• Independently manage installations by coordinating with Interior Team Leader and other departments.
• Perform quality checks, supervise staff, and assign daily activities.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to improve skills and performance.
• Prepare and deliver annual performance evaluations for team members.
• Assist with engineering designs for major modification projects.
