Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies is seeking an experienced electrical design engineer to develop aircraft interior electrical installations, including wire routing, harness design, and equipment placements. You will generate CAD drawings and ensure compliance with customer specs and FAA requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Electrical and 5+ years in aviation interiors, with strong collaboration across engineering disciplines and adherence to schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Electrical; minimum 5 years relevant aerospace experience.
• Aviation/aircraft interior experience preferred.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics; experience with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical installation solutions for aircraft interiors, including wire routing and equipment installations.
• Create drawing lists for project-level STC.
• Ensure designs meet customer criteria, quality standards, and FAA requirements.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Stress, Manufacturing and Certification teams.
