Job summary

Talon/LPE is seeking an Air Rotary Driller to supervise and train crews on drilling projects in outdoor environments, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of drilling experience, a valid CDL, and the ability to operate and maintain rotary rigs, water trucks, air compressors, and pumps while communicating effectively with clients and on-site supervisors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience operating drilling equipment.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug test.
• Ability to wear required PPE and lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and direct drilling crews on project sites.
• Ensure drilling activities comply with company policies and safety regulations.
• Maintain and operate drilling equipment, including rotary drill rigs, water trucks, air compressors, and pumps.
• Monitor drilling progress, record boring and well data accurately.
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on equipment.
• Travel to various job sites and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
