Job summary

Paramount Skydance Corp. seeks a Lead Software Engineer to architect and deliver AI tooling and internal platforms that transform Global Quality Engineering. You’ll build foundational AI systems used across brands, define technical direction, and mentor engineers to raise engineering maturity.

You’ll drive integration of internal tooling, APIs, and scalable UIs, working with multiple teams to accelerate automation, triage, and analysis at scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience building and scaling production AI systems.
• Full stack capability with React for internal tooling UIs.
• Deep systems thinking and platform design skills.
• Cloud, distributed systems, and container orchestration expertise.
• Executive-level collaboration in technical strategy and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Architect large-scale AI platforms and RAG systems.
• Design internal developer tools, micro-platforms and APIs.
• Build full-stack systems with React UIs for internal tooling.
• Automate failure evaluation, classifying flakiness and fixes.
• Partner with QE leadership to define long-term AI strategy.
• Drive alignment across Platform, Data, Playback/Video, and Product.
• Mentor engineers and elevate engineering maturity.
• Evaluate Vertex AI and Gemini for productivity gains.
