Innovatix Technology Partners seeks an experienced digital automation expert to lead CCaaS, IVR, and bot initiatives. You will design, develop and maintain routing applications for Digital Virtual Agents, collaborating with product owners and Scrum Masters to drive SS&AI epics for IVR, routing and bots.

You will deliver solutions for enterprise customers, create accurate estimates, and provide knowledge transfer after engagements, leveraging Genesys tooling for QA and UAT.

Competenze

• 10+ years with commercial Digital CCaaS apps, routing, bots and related tooling.
• 6+ years building digital bots on Dialogflow/Amazon Lex with webhook work.
• Strong understanding of AI tools and IVR architectures.
• Customer-facing experience and ability to lead client conversations.

Mansioni

• Design, develop and maintain routing applications for Digital Virtual Agents.
• Lead SS&AI team delivery and drive user story creation with Product Owner/Scrum Master.
• Collaborate with customers and partners, provide technical consulting and thought leadership.
• Create development effort estimates with project managers and regional leaders.
• Prepare test scripts and support UAT/QA using Genesys tools and logs.
