Job summary

PSEG is seeking an AI Business Product Manager (Technical) to identify, shape, and drive AI-enabled capabilities that deliver measurable value across the enterprise. The role blends business architecture, product management, AI evaluation, and hands-on experimentation.

You will partner with business units, IT, cybersecurity, data governance, and the AI CoE to support responsible AI adoption and scalable deployments, including POC work and platform evaluations like Azure OpenAI and AWS Bedrock.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, information systems, engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 8+ years in product management, business architecture, digital transformation, tech delivery, or AI initiatives.
• Experience with AI, generative AI, ML, analytics, intelligent automation, or cloud AI platforms.
• Experience working cross-functionally with business and technology teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise processes and tech enablement.
• Experience building business cases, roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and value realization metrics.
• Hands-on prototyping of AI solutions, AI workflows, copilots, automation, or low-code/no-code AI apps.
• Familiarity with AI governance, prompt engineering, RAG, APIs, and orchestration.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to discuss AI architectures, cloud integrations, APIs, and enterprise solution design.
• Compliance with DoE 10 CFR 810 is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate AI opportunities across enterprise domains and translate challenges into AI use cases and product opportunities.
• Develop lightweight prototypes and POC solutions to validate AI use cases and governance considerations.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, cybersecurity, and IT to ensure scalable and secure AI delivery.
• Manage AI use cases from ideation to value realization with business cases and KPI frameworks.
• Coordinate with AI engineering and platform teams to transition prototypes into enterprise solutions.
• Support AI governance, privacy, and responsible AI standards across initiatives.
