Job summary

Zynga is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the execution of Zynga's internal AI operating platform, the system through which teams access, govern, and act on AI capabilities. This hands-on role drives intake, triage, research, execution with engineering, and measurement of impact across multiple surfaces.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of end-to-end PM experience leading technical multi-team initiatives.
• Strong collaboration with engineering and analytics teams.
• Hands-on AI/ML product experience (LLMs, agents, RAG).

Responsibilities

• Drive AI platform roadmap execution from spec to post-launch.
• Manage intake/triage for studio needs, bugs, and integrations.
• Research technical landscape and write actionable findings.
• Define and monitor usage, adoption, and performance metrics.
• Write clear, technical specs; resolve priority conflicts.
• Unblock engineering and liaise with design and stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of AI landscape and advocate AI-first workflows.
• Contribute to team practices like docs, specs, and reporting.
