Zynga is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the execution of Zynga's internal AI operating platform, turning AI requests into shipped capabilities. This role owns intake, triage, research, execution with engineering, and measurement of impact.

You’ll partner with engineering to drive delivery across multiple surfaces, maintaining an execution loop that turns requests into scoped work, unblocks the team, and drives outcomes with data.

Position Overview:

We're looking for a Lead Product Manager to run execution on Zynga's internal AI operating platform - the system through which teams across the company access, govern, and act on AI capabilities. This role owns the operational backbone that turns AI requests into shipped capabilities: intake, triage, research, execution with engineering, and measurement of impact.

You’ll partner directly with engineering to drive delivery across a platform spanning several interconnected surfaces (chat, knowledge bases, connectors/MCPs, workflows, and documents). This is a hands‑on, execution‑heavy role for someone who’s energized by running a tight operational loop - turning incoming requests into scoped work, keeping engineering unblocked, and holding the team accountable to outcomes with data. You’ll work within a roadmap and priorities set by product leadership, and focus on making sure the right things get built, on time, and that you can prove they’re working.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive day‑to‑day execution of the AI platform roadmap in close partnership with engineering - from spec through release and post‑launch iteration.
• Build and run the intake and triage process for incoming requests (studio needs, feature ideas, bugs, integration asks), establishing clear criteria for prioritization and a repeatable operating cadence.
• Conduct research to support product decisions - technical landscape scans (models, tooling, competitive AI platforms), stakeholder discovery, and feasibility assessments - and turn findings into clear, actionable write‑ups.
• Own the measurement framework for the platform: usage, adoption, and performance metrics, reporting cadence, and the mechanisms to catch regressions or gaps early.
• Write clear, detailed, and technically grounded specs and requirements for complex, cross‑surface features; make day‑to‑day tradeoff calls when priorities, timelines, or scope conflict.
• Act as the primary product point of contact for engineering on your area, unblocking the team and escalating the right issues to leadership.
• Coordinate with design, other product leads, and studio stakeholders to keep execution aligned with agreed priorities.
• Stay current on the technical AI landscape (models, agent frameworks, emerging tools) as it relates to features already in flight or under evaluation.
• Be a role model for AI‑first ways of working: actively look for pieces of your own product work - intake, triage, research, reporting - that can be moved into agentic workflows rather than done by hand, and set the example for how the rest of the team should operate.
• Contribute to team operating practices - documentation standards, spec quality, reporting rigor - that keep execution consistent as the platform grows.

What You Bring:

• 6+ years of end‑to‑end PM experience, leading complex, technical, multi‑team product areas from strategy through delivery.
• Deep technical fluency & engineering partnership: Able to navigate specs, APIs, and system constraints to make credible tradeoffs and earn team trust.
• AI/ML expertise: Hands‑on experience with AI‑powered products (LLMs, agents, RAG, automation) and using AI tools to streamline internal workflows.
• Strong operational rigor: Track record of designing structured intake/triage processes, managing competing priorities, and driving multi‑workstream execution.
• Data‑driven decision making: Proficient in defining metrics, analyzing data (SQL/dashboards), and using evidence to prioritize and measure impact.
• Exceptional communication: Proven ability to write clear specs and translate complex technical execution for both engineering and senior leadership.
• High agency in ambiguity: A self‑starter who thrives in undefined environments, takes ownership, and shapes process rather than waiting for direction.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (advanced degree a plus). Agile‑fluent.

The pay range for this position in Ontario at the start of employment is expected to be between $118,300 and $168,300 CAD per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program.
