Obin AI is seeking an AI Platform Engineering Lead in the NYC metro area to build a scalable, multi-tenant platform for regulated finance. You will own the paved road, tooling, and release machinery that enables engineers to ship compliant agent workflows rapidly.

You will lead a small, high-caliber team, set engineering standards, and shape the customer-facing developer experience with an SDK, API gateway, sandboxed evaluation, and trace-level debugging.

Responsibilities

• Own the paved road: scaffolding, tooling, isolation model, and release machinery for compliant agent workflows.
• Lead a small, high-caliber team and establish engineering standards.
• Develop a customer-facing developer experience with SDK/API gateway and sandboxed evaluation.
• Create a repeatable vendoring cycle with sanitized codebases for customer environments.
• Implement multi-tenant platform patterns with strong isolation across planes.
