Obin AI is seeking a founding platform engineering leader to own the paved road for scalable agent workflows. You will establish scaffolding, tooling, isolation, and release machinery that speeds engineers from weeks to days, while guiding a small, capable team.

You will set engineering standards and governance, drive multi-tenancy with auditable controls, and build a compliant, secure developer platform that supports regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Experience building and operating multi-tenant developer platforms.
• Ability to design with SOC 2, audit trails, access control, and model risk in mind.
• Track record turning services into a scalable platform.
• Experience leading engineers and setting written standards.

Responsibilities

• Own the paved road: scaffolding, tooling, isolation model, and release machinery for agent workflows.
• Lead a small high-caliber team.
• Establish engineering standards and governance.
• Develop a repeatable vendoring cycle and robust testing infrastructure.
• Ensure proper multi-tenancy and secure, auditable operations.
