Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering, platform engineering, data engineering, applied AI, automation, or related technical delivery roles.
• Experience designing, deploying, or maintaining AI-assisted workflows or agentic systems for business use cases.
• Translating ambiguous workflows into structured, governed solutions.
• Experience leading discovery, scoping, implementation, rollout with users or domain teams.
• Apply context engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and orchestration techniques.
• Programming or scripting in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Experience integrating APIs, SaaS platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement production AI platform capabilities, including agents and tool calling.
• Build an AI-native building knowledge platform linking models, assets, and telemetry.
• Develop multimodal data pipelines from BIM, geospatial, and documents to structured knowledge.
• Deliver AI workflows supporting design, construction, and operations use cases.
• Move prototypes to production with governance, documentation, and observability.
• Establish reusable engineering patterns to scale pilots into enterprise platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with business, technology, security, and operations teams on workflows and rollout plans.
