Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering or related technical delivery role.
• Experience designing or operating AI-enabled workflows or agentic systems for business use cases.
• Ability to translate ambiguous workflows into structured, governed solutions.
• Experience leading discovery, scoping, implementation, rollout and iteration with users or domain teams.
• Ability to apply retrieval-augmented generation, semantic layers, tool calling, and orchestration.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript or JavaScript.
• Experience integrating APIs, SaaS platforms, data sources, and enterprise systems.
• Strong communication of technical decisions to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement production AI platform capabilities (agents, tool calling, orchestration).
• Build an AI-native building knowledge platform linking models, assets, documents, telemetry, and context.
• Develop multimodal data pipelines from BIM, GIS, documents, and operations data.
• Deliver AI workflows supporting design, construction, commissioning, operations, and maintenance.
• Move prototypes to pilot and production with governance and observability.
• Establish reusable engineering patterns to scale pilots to enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with business, tech, security, and operations to define workflows and roadmaps.
