Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or related roles.
• Experience supporting cross-functional technology initiatives from discovery through launch, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience using Agile delivery methods and backlog management.
• Ability to define OKRs/KPIs and measure adoption and business impact.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, BI tools to analyze data and inform decisions.
• Ability to prototype using AI-assisted development tools for experimentation and validation.
• Experience delivering digital products, workflow automation, or AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities across engagement, operations, procurement, and enterprise processes.
• Define product vision, scope, and success metrics for prioritized AI initiatives.
• Develop business cases and prioritization criteria based on impact, feasibility, and data readiness.
• Own and manage epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and release planning.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, platform teams, and delivery partners through all phases from discovery to launch.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and user research to translate insights into clear requirements.
• Drive adoption and measure ROI, productivity, and customer satisfaction through governance and training.
