Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering or related delivery roles.
• Experience building AI-assisted workflows and agentic systems for business use cases.
• Ability to translate ambiguous workflows into structured, governed solutions.
• Experience leading discovery, scoping, implementation and post-launch iterations.
• Strong coding skills in Python/TypeScript/JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement production AI platform capabilities (agents, retrieval-augmented generation, tool calling, workflow orchestration).
• Build an AI-native knowledge platform linking models, assets, documents, telemetry, and context.
• Develop multimodal data pipelines converting BIM, geospatial, documents into structured knowledge.
• Deliver AI workflows for design, construction, operations, sustainment and reinvestment.
• Move prototypes to production with governance, documentation, observability, and reliability.
• Establish reusable engineering patterns to scale pilots into enterprise capabilities.
• Collaborate with business, technology, security and operations on workflows and rollout plans.
